We work through direct enquiries because road freight pricing depends on too many variables — distance, weight, volume, fuel cost, route specifics, equipment type, season, return-load availability. A standard package would be either inflated or unrealistic. Instead, we look at your actual cargo and respond with a clear, itemised offer that you can compare apples-to-apples with other carriers.

SIA TRESTER prepares CMR consignment notes, transport agreements and accompanying paperwork in line with the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) and EU road transport regulations. We coordinate with the sender's and the consignee's logistics teams in advance, so when the truck arrives — at loading, at the border, at unloading — the paperwork already matches the cargo.

Which countries do you serve?
We provide international road freight from Latvia across the European Union — including the Baltics, Poland, Germany, the Benelux countries, Scandinavia, Czech Republic, France, Italy and other EU destinations. For non-standard routes, send us your details and we will confirm availability and timing.
Do you handle both full truck loads and partial loads?
Yes. We work with both FTL (full truck load) and LTL / groupage (partial loads). The right format depends on cargo volume, weight, timing and budget — we suggest the option that fits your shipment best when we prepare the offer.
How do I request a transport quote?
Use the request form on the website or send the details by email to trestersia@gmail.com. Please include the loading and unloading addresses (or at least cities and countries), cargo type, approximate weight or pallet count, and the preferred shipping date. We typically reply within the same business day.
Can you arrange urgent / express deliveries?
Yes. Express road delivery is available for time-sensitive shipments, subject to route, equipment and schedule confirmation. The earlier you let us know, the more flexible the options — but we also handle short-notice cases when capacity allows.
Why aren't there fixed prices on the website?
Road freight pricing depends on too many variables — distance, vehicle type, weight, volume, fuel cost, return-load availability and season — to publish meaningful fixed rates. We prepare every quote individually so the price reflects the actual shipment, not a marketing average.
Is the cargo insured during transport?
Yes. As an international road carrier, our liability is covered under the CMR Convention. For high-value cargo we can also arrange additional cargo insurance on request — just let us know the declared value when you send the enquiry.
